Bear Body Subscription Policy

By purchasing a Bear Body subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of your selected eligible product every 5 weeks.

Subscription Discount
Subscribers receive 10% off eligible Bear Body subscription products for each recurring order while the subscription remains active.

Automatic Recurring Payments
Your nominated payment method will be charged automatically every 5 weeks for your selected subscription product. Your subscription will continue on this recurring basis until you cancel it.

Pricing and Shipping
The price payable for each recurring order will be shown as part of your subscription. Any applicable shipping charges will also apply in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

If we make a material change to your subscription price, discount, product availability or other important subscription terms, we will provide notice where required before the change takes effect.

Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription through your Bear Body customer account. Available options may include updating your subscription details, skipping an upcoming order, pausing your subscription or cancelling your subscription.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Bear Body customer account.

Cancellation will apply to future recurring orders. If an order has already been processed or charged before your cancellation is completed, that order may still be fulfilled.

We do not charge a cancellation fee for ending your Bear Body subscription.

Failed or Declined Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process the payment again or contact you to update your payment details. An order will not be shipped until payment has been successfully processed.

Product Availability
If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding your subscription. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Returns, Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Subscription purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Nothing in this Subscription Policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
